Matalan Merriment

I am in full Christmas mode now and the new Matalan advert has been a big help in getting me there! I would really love to have a magical box full of everything that I'd like for Christmas.

Kate's bagged herself a prince

I love weddings and I love the Royal Family, so today when I heard that Prince William proposed to Kate Middleton I almost squealed with joy! I was at work so I did manage to contain my squeal, it was more of a muffled squeak. I am so excited to see the dresses at their wedding next spring/summer but this does mean that there's yet another prince that has not proposed to me. I may never become a princess at this rate!

He has given her Diana's stunning ring, no matter how beautiful it is I do think it's a litter weird and I hope that the press don't start comparing the poor girl to Diana.

Look at their shiny, happy faces. Doesn't Kate have just perfect hair? I've very jealous of both her hair and that one day she'll be a queen.

The new Marks and Spencer Christmas advert looks so much fun! It's nice to see Peter Kay on my television, even if it is only briefly on the advert and Twiggy just gets more and more glamorous doesn't she?

Aiden Grimshaw Please Come Back!

So everyone who has seen me or my tweets over the last 24 hours will know that I was gutted that the judges did not save Aiden Grimshaw on last night's X Factor. I thought he was just super, and with hair like this and a gorgeous voice, I really can't fault the guy. Hopefully this will not be the last we see or hear of him, a quiff like that needs to be seen!

After recently finding my Hello Kitty egg cup, I've gone a little Hello Kitty mad!

Crown and Glory

Today, with a little help from my friend, I discovered Crown and Glory. I'm obsessed with my hair, dying it, pinning it, curling it, so this discovery is very, very exiting! Here are the things that are going straight on my Christmas wishlist.

Remembrance Sunday

I know that my blog is usually very light hearted but today is Remembrance Sunday. It is a day that is very close to my heart as I come from a military family with my dad still serving in the RAF. Every year I am always upset at the dwindling amount of poppies worn but that is by the by. It is so very important to not only remember what people like this did for us but what men and women are doing right now in Afganistan.

Please pay your respects, join the two minutes silence at 11am and if you have a spare few pounds please buy 2 Minute Silence.

As a mark of respect all this will be my only post until tomorrow.
